> Ways to pay

We accept secure online payments from credit and debit cards via 'Nochex' or 'Paypal'.

Nochex is the UK’s leading independent provider of secure online card payments. The Nochex checkout does not require you to be a member to send a payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Currently, only payments up to £100 (total, including delivery) can be sent via Nochex non-members (Nochex members can send up to £300). Therefore, any payments over £100 must be sent via Paypal. Non-Paypal members can send credit and debit card payments via Paypal with NO SIGN UP REQUIRED (for up to 10 transactions).

If you would prefer not to use either of the available online payment methods you can send us a cheque or postal order.

To do this, add your items to your shopping basket and go through the checkout process as normal. When you get to the Payment Options page choose the 'cheque or postal order' option and follow the instructions.

Please make sure you include a print out of your order (or you can write the details on a piece of paper and include that if you prefer) when sending your payment.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - we accept Paypal or credit/debit cards (via Paypal) ONLY from international customers. If you are in a country which Paypal does not currently offer their service to, please contact us BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER and we will arrange alternative payment meythods if possible.

Products are dispatched Monday - Friday, please allow up to 5 working days (UK orders) before contacting us should your order not arrive unless you have received an email from us stating reason for non-delivery (eg. out of stock).

Orders will usually be posted within the same or next working day, we will contact you as soon as possible if there is any reason for a delay.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (which requires a signature on delivery). UK delivery usually takes 1-2 days after your order is dispatched. (Please allow up to 5 working days for UK orders.)

European orders & All Other International Orders are sent via Surface Mail.  The list below is from the Royal Mail website and gives an idea of delivery times:

EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL FASTER SERVICES Need your order in a hurry? Please feel free to contact us to arrange a different delivery sevice, such as Airmail, which is a lot quicker than surface mail. This is a more expensive service.

Note - Delivery Times
Please be aware that the delivery times quoted are estimates and your order could take less or more time than this to arrive. We will always do our best to inform you of any delays. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding delivery times.

Note - Missing Items
Very occasionally parcels may become lost in the post. If we have sent your order to you and it has not arrived within a reasonable time period, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will attempt to track and trace the order with Royal Mail. Please note that items returned to us are the Sender's responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for these losses. In order to minimise loss, we advise all customers to send returns via recorded delivery.

> Placing An Order

We accept secure online payments from credit and debit cards via 'Nochex' or 'Paypal'.

When placing an order please give a valid email address as we will send you an order confirmation email with a unique order reference number which you should include if contacting us regarding that order.

You will also receive an automatic email from Paypal or Nochex shortly after making your payment.

If you have purchased goods from us and have not received a confirmation email (or other communication from us) within 72 hours please email us at info@altwearuk.com.

> Returns & Order Cancellations

We have a refund or exchange policy on all items (unless otherwise stated). If you want to return or exchange your purchase for any reason please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

info@altwearuk.com

Please make sure you include your name, address, email address, order reference (and if you want to exchange it, a note to let us know what size, colour etc. you want).

We will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).

All items returned to us must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received. Postage charges will be at your own expense. Any item sent back to us in used condition will be returned to you with no refund given! Items returned to us are the Sender's responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for any items that are lost in the post. We advise all customers to send returns via recorded delivery.

If you want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after making your payment . If the order has already been sent out to you by the time you contact us please return the item(s) to us and we will refund your money as soon as the item is received by us.

We accept online payments only from International customers - no cheques or postal/money orders. International customers can send secure credit and debit card payments via Paypal.
